  • What type of iPhones do you offer?

    We offer a wide range of iPhones, including the latest models, previous generations, and certified refurbished devices, ensuring there’s something for every budget and preference. We also sell previously discontinued iPhones by Apple.

  • Are the iPhones you sell used or new?

    We sell both new and certified pre-owned iPhones. All our used devices undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet high-quality standards before being resold.

  • How can I be sure my iPhone is authentic?

    We source our devices directly from reputable suppliers and conduct thorough checks to guarantee authenticity, ensuring that all models are genuine Apple products. We do not sell any cloned, used or defective third party iPhones as per our store policy. 

  • Can I ask questions before making my purchase?

    Absolutely! Our customer service team is available via chat, email, or phone to answer any questions you may have before finalizing your order.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

    We additionally offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

    You can chose these payment methods at checkout. If you would like to pay by phone, please select the method at checkout and call our toll free number and select 5 on the menu to finalize your payment for your order.

  • Which currency will I be charged in?

    We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD and EUR.

    If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding  conversation rate of the currency you choose. If you are located outside the U.S, please make sure your card is on for international purchases.

  • How can I track my iPhone order?

    After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.

  • Is my payment information secure?

    Yes, your payment information is secure. We use SSL encryption and adhere to PCI DSS standards to protect your data during transactions.

  • Can I use a discount code on my iPhone order?

    Yes, you can apply any valid discount code during the checkout process. Please ensure the code is applicable to iPhones and hasn't expired.

  • Do you charge sales tax on orders?

    Sales tax may apply based on your shipping address in accordance with local regulations and laws; this amount will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout to ensure full transparency. Furthermore, once your purchase is complete, you will also receive a detailed receipt via email or your preferred method, allowing you to see exactly how much you were charged for the items as well as the sales tax applied. Please note that sales tax is NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

  • Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?


    Yes! A receipt will be emailed to you shortly after your order is confirmed, providing a detailed breakdown of your transaction.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options can arrive in 1-3 business days. Overnight options arrive next day. To track your latest status, we encourage you to log in or click the order management tab on our website menu.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all iPhone orders over $50 within the continental United States. For orders under that amount, standard shipping fees will apply which can range from $5-$15.

  • What if my iPhone arrives damaged?

    If your iPhone arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the return process and ensure you receive a replacement or refund. You may also request a return in your account page as well.

  • What do I do if my order is delayed?

    If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information for updates. If you still have concerns, contact our customer support team for assistance. Orders purchase with Shipping Insurance will not be subject to delays.

  • What should I do if my package doesn’t arrive on time?

    If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for prompt assistance in locating your order. Our representatives are available to help you track your shipment and resolve any issues. Additionally, if you purchased shipping protection at the time of your order, you may be eligible for compensation due to the delay, which can help cover any inconvenience caused.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes! We do offer international shipping; however, delivery times may vary based on customs processing in different countries.

Returns & Refunds

  • Can I return my iPhone if I change my mind?

    Yes, you can return your unopened iPhone within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened devices may be subject to a restocking fee, so please check our return policy for details.

  • Do I need to pay for return shipping?

    Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.

  • How long will it take to process my refund after I return my iPhone?

    Once we receive your returned iPhone, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once it has been completed. Additionally, allow a 7-10 business days to receive your refund after your return has been processed.

  • Can I exchange my iPhone instead of getting a refund?

    Yes, we offer exchanges for iPhones within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange your device for a different model or color, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you with the process.

  • Can I receive a refund if I cancel the iPhone order immediately after placing it?

    Yes, if you cancel your iPhone order immediately after placing it, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to process the cancellation.
