RETURN POLICY

Applerok is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a generous 180-day return period for eligible products. Please read the following return policy carefully:

  1. Returns: Customers may return products within 180 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. Refunds are not issued for defective items, incorrect products, or broken items unless the product is returned in its original condition.
  2. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10-30 percent may be charged on returned items, depending on the condition of the product.
  3. Shipping Insurance: Customers have the option to purchase shipping insurance for their orders to protect against shipping errors and delays. Please note that shipping insurance is non-refundable.
  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact Applerok Customer Service within the return period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on Applerok's part.
  6. Exclusions: This return policy does not apply to tire credit, gift cards, or clearance items.
